Overview
When you are unsure what to do next, start with the docs. The help centre is designed to explain each part of Club OS in plain English, with screenshots and practical steps for busy volunteers.
If the docs do not answer your question, you can contact support or send feedback so the guide can be improved for the next club that needs it.
Best way to find an answer
- Open Docs from the main website or Club OS menu.
- Search for the page name, task or phrase you are trying to understand.
- Open the closest article and follow the steps.
- Check related articles if the first article only answers part of the question.
- Use the feedback area if the article is unclear or missing detail.
When to contact support
Contact support when something appears broken, a setting is not saving, a user cannot access an area they should be able to use, or the docs do not cover the task you are trying to complete.
When reporting an issue, include the page you were on, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and whether the issue affects one person or everyone at the club.
Requesting changes
Many strong improvements come from real club workflows. If a task is taking too long, involves duplicate data entry, or depends on one volunteer remembering a manual process, it may be worth requesting a change.
| Request type | Example |
|---|---|
| Help article improvement | A screenshot is outdated or a step is missing. |
| Support issue | A button does not work or a user cannot sign in. |
| Product improvement | A repeated club task could be made simpler. |
What happens next
Support requests are reviewed and prioritised based on impact, urgency and whether the issue affects club operations. Feedback about docs helps make future articles clearer and more useful for volunteers.
Tip: A clear example is often more useful than a long explanation. Include the exact page, role and result you expected.
