Create a registration product

Set up a season registration so families can enrol and treasurers can see who has paid.

Overview

A registration product is the season intake families complete. It connects the person, the fee and the club’s next operational step.

Before you start

• Confirm the official season name and close date.
• Know the playing fee and any volunteer levy.
• Decide which age groups or teams the product covers.

Steps

1. Open Registrations & Payments.
2. Select New product or Create registration.
3. Enter the product name, season and who it is for.
4. Set the fee, due date and whether payment is required to complete intake.
5. Review the fields families must complete.
6. Publish the product when the committee is ready.
7. Share the registration link through club communications.

What happens next

New registrations appear in the same operating view as people and payment status. That gives the registrar and treasurer one list to work from instead of two spreadsheets.
